COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, October 15 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between October 8 and 12 it bought back 65,614 own shares at an average price of € 0.4597, for a total amount of € 30,165.57.
