COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, October 29 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between October 22 and 26 it bought back 57,423 own shares at an average price of € 0.4370, for a total amount of € 25,095.56.
