COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, November 12 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between November 5 and 9 it bought back 62,438 own shares at an average price of € 0.4545, for a total amount of € 28,377.02.
