COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, December 17 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between December 10 and 14 it bought back 113,649 own shares at an average price of € 0.4658, for a total amount of € 52,933.51.
