COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, December 31 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between December 24 and 28 it bought back 44,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.4644, for a total amount of € 20,432.00.
