COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, February 20 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on February 15 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between February 16 and 17 it bought back 144,122 own shares at an average price of € 0.4369, for a total amount of € 62,964.93.
