COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, March 6 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on February 15 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between February 27 and March 3 it bought back 630,207 own shares at an average price of € 0.4905, for a total amount of € 309,085.87.
