COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, May 22 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between May 15 and 19 it bought back 394,489 own shares at an average price of € 0.6462, for a total amount of € 254,900.89.
