COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, May 29 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between May 22 and 26 it bought back 303,077 own shares at an average price of € 0.6733, for a total amount of € 204,072.60.
