COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, June 5 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between May 29 and June 2 it bought back 256,618 own shares at an average price of € 0.6616, for a total amount of € 169,776.12.
