COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, July 03 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between June 26 and 30 it bought back 427,367 own shares at an average price of € 0.6136, for a total amount of € 262,222.84.
