COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, August 21 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between August 14 and 18 it bought back 238,814 own shares at an average price of € 0.5743, for a total amount of € 137,145.42.
