COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, August 28 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between August 21 and 25 it bought back 227,084 own shares at an average price of € 0.5793, for a total amount of € 131,550.94.
