COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, September 4 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between August 28 and September 1 it bought back 262,114 own shares at an average price of € 0.5631, for a total amount of € 147,583.73.
