COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, September 18 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between September 11 and 15 it bought back 363,969 own shares at an average price of € 0.5686, for a total amount of € 206,962.98.
