COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, September 25 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between September 18 and 22 it bought back 409,047 own shares at an average price of € 0.5978, for a total amount of € 244,544.93.
