COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, November 13 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between November 6 and 10 it bought back 257,318 own shares at an average price of € 0.5820, for a total amount of € 149,767.18.
