CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 11 dicembre 2017 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 28 aprile, comunica di aver acquistato dal 4 all'8 dicembre n. 137.809 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,1606 per un controvalore complessivo di € 159.940,42.

Milan, December 11 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 4 and 8 it bought back 137,809 own shares at an average price of € 1.1606, for a total amount of € 159,940.42.
