COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, December 11 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between December 4 and 8 it bought back 118,962 own shares at an average price of € 0.5686, for a total amount of € 67,645.84.
