Milano, 18 dicembre 2017 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 28 aprile, comunica di aver acquistato dall'11 al 15 dicembre n. 128.700 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,1563 per un controvalore complessivo di € 148.810,23.

Milan, December 18 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 11 and 15 it bought back 128,700 own shares at an average price of € 1.1563, for a total amount of € 148,810.23.
