CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 25 marzo 2016 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto il 27 aprile 2015, comunica di aver acquistato dal 21 al 24 marzo n. 863.055 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,0349, per un controvalore complessivo di € 893.136,40.

CIR: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, March 25 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between March 21 and 24 it bought back 863,055 own shares at an average price of € 1.0349, for a total amount of € 893,136.40.
