CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 12 settembre 2016 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto il 29 aprile 2016, comunica di aver acquistato dal 5 al 9 settembre n. 192.838 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 0,9309 per un controvalore complessivo di € 179.510,17.

Milan, September 12 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between September 5 and 9 it bought back 192,838 own shares at an average price of € 0.9309, for a total amount of € 179,510.17.
