CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 28 novembre 2016 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto il 29 aprile 2016, comunica di aver acquistato dal 21 al 25 novembre n. 78.719 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 0,9379 per un controvalore complessivo di € 73.828,06.

Milan, November 28 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between November 21 and 25 it bought back 78,719 own shares at an average price of € 0.9379, for a total amount of € 73,828.06.
