CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 18 maggio 2015 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 27 aprile 2015, comunica di aver acquistato dall'11 al 15 maggio 2015 n. 1.042.785 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,0639, per un controvalore complessivo di € 1.109.470,00.

Milan, May 18 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between May 11 and 15 2015 it bought back 1,042,785 own shares at an average price of € 1.0639, for a total amount of € 1,109,470.00.
