Milano, 6 luglio 2015 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 27 aprile 2015, comunica di aver acquistato dal 29 giugno al 3 luglio 2015 n. 1.278.000 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 0,9398, per un controvalore complessivo di € 1.201.018,00.

Milan, July 6 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between June 29 and July 3 2015 it bought back 1,278,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.9398, for a total amount of € 1,201,018.00.
