Milano, 20 luglio 2015 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 27 aprile 2015, comunica di aver acquistato dal 13 al 17 luglio 2015 n. 941.000 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 0,9279, per un controvalore complessivo di € 873.169,20.
