CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 7 settembre 2015 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 27 aprile 2015, comunica di aver acquistato dal 31 agosto al 4 settembre 2015 n. 1.266.236 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 0,8223, per un controvalore complessivo di € 1.041.289,04.

Milan, September 7 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between August 31 and September 4 2015 it bought back 1,266,236 own shares at an average price of € 0.8223, for a total amount of € 1,041,289.04.
