CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 21 settembre 2015 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 27 aprile 2015, comunica di aver acquistato dal 14 al 18 settembre 2015 n. 997.121 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 0,8338, per un controvalore complessivo di € 831.445,29.

Milan, September 21 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between September 14 and 18 2015 it bought back 997,121 own shares at an average price of € 0.8338, for a total amount of € 831,445.29.
