COFIDE: NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN SHARE CAPITAL

Milan, June 5 2017 – COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces the new composition of its share capital (fully subscribed and paid up) following the change that took place as an effect of what is stipuated in Art. 127 quinquies, paragraph 2, of the TUF and Art. 23 bis of joint CONSOB-Bank of Italy measure, as well as what is set out in Art. 8 of the Company Bylaws (assignment of increased voting rights to Stable Shareholders whose right had matured as of 01/06/2017).
