COFIDE: F.LLI DE BENEDETTI LIST PRESENTED FOR BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS

Milan, April 3 2017 - COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that the company F.lli De Benedetti S.p.A., owner of 373,441,844 ordinary COFIDE shares equal to 51.924% of its capital, is the only shareholder to have presented a list for the renewal of the Board of Statutory Auditors for financial years 2017 – 2019 in view of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders that will be held on April 28 2017 at 4 p.m. at the second call.

The list contains the following candidates:

Candidates for the position of Statutory Auditor

• 1. Zingales Riccardo
• 1. Dellatorre Antonella
• 1. Bracco Tiziano

Candidates for the position of Alternate Auditor

• 1. Zambon Paola
• 1. Nani Luigi
• 1. Macchiorlatti Vignat Luigi

As only one list has been presented, pursuant to the second paragraph of Art. 144-octies of Consob Resolution no. 11971 of 14.5.1999 and subsequent amendments and additions, notice is hereby given that further lists may be presented by April 5 2017 at the latest; the 2.5% threshold stated in Art. 22 of the Company Bylaws, as required by paragraph 5 of Art. 144-sexies of the Resolution, is thus reduced by one half.

The curricula vitae and the documentation showing that the candidates accept their candidature and attesting that they possess the requisites required by law and by the Company Bylaws together with information on their personal and professional profiles will be available to the public as from April 6 on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket Storage, on the website www.cofide.it and at the registered office of COFIDE (Via Ciovassino 1, Milan).
