PRESS RELEASE

COFIDE: PERIOD FOR EXERCISE OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL HAS ENDED

Milan, May 20 2019 – COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that as of May 18 2019 ("Deadline for Exercise") it had received one declaration of exercise of the right of withdrawal ("Right of Withdrawal") and one certification by intermediariesfor a total of 2,215 shares representing 0.0003% of the total shares making up the share capital of the Company.

It should be noted that this figure could change if in the coming days the Company should receive other notifications of withdrawal sent before the Deadline for Exercise, or if it were found that all the formal requisites had not been complied with.

An option on the shares for which the Right of Withdrawal has been validly exercised will be offered pro rata, in relation to the number of shares that they own, to all holders of COFIDE shares who have not exercised the said right, at a price that the Company will make known in a subsequent press release to be published in the newspaper La Repubblica, on the company's website www.cofide.it and on the website of the storage mechanism eMarket STORAGE .
