FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS FOR ATTENDING THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

With regard to the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders, notice of which was published on 13/03/2020 in the newspaper La Repubblica and, in full and on the same date, on the Company's website, and to the addition to the notice of meeting published on March 20 2020 in the newspaper La Repubblica, both of which are available on the Company's website www.cirgroup.it, in view of the continuing uncertainty surrounding the current COVID-19 health emergency and future developments, and in consideration of the conditions contained in Art. 106 of Decree Law no. 18 of March 17 2020, which aimed to reduce movements and gatherings of people to a minimum, and in addition to what the Company had already established i.e. that attendance at the AGM would be solely through the Designated Representative Studio Segre S.r.l., notice is hereby given that all persons entitled or authorized on various accounts to take part in the meeting may also attend by audio / video conference without the need for the Chairman, the Secretary or the Notary to be in the same place.
