Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Reguirements) Regulations. 2015, please note that the Operations and Administrative Committee of the Company on 15^th November, 2018 has allotted 1,66,476 equity shares of Rs.2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the option grantees under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013-A of the Company.

Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to INR 16108, 37, 252 comprising of 8054, 18, 626 equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
