Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby notify that United States Food and Drugs Administration (‘USFDA’) has conducted a current Good Manufacturing Practices (‘cGMP’) inspection at the Company’s manufacturing facility in Bommasandra, Bengaluru from 26[th] to 30[th] May 2025.

On conclusion of the inspection, the Company received 1 (one) observation in Form 483. The Company will work closely with the USFDA and remains committed to address the observation comprehensively within stipulated time.
