मुंबई, ता. २९ : विश्वकरंडक ट्वेन्टी-२० क्रिकेट स्पर्धा अमिरातीत होणार आहे हे जवळपास निश्चित आहे, अशी माहिती भारतीय मंडळाच्या पदाधिकाऱ्यांनी दिली. त्यानंतर आयसीसीने मंगळवारी ईमेलबारे या स्पर्धेची घोषणा केली.

स्थगित झालेल्या आयपीएलचा पुढचा टप्पा अमिरातीत होत आहे. त्यापाठोपाठ विश्वकरंडक स्पर्धाही भारताऐवजी अमिरातीत होणार ही औपचारिकता होती. पण भारतीय पदाधिकाऱ्यांनी जाहीर केल्यानंतर आयसीसीने आज त्याची औपचारिकता पार पाडली.

भारतीय मंडळाचे सचिव जय शहा तसेच अध्यक्ष सौरव गांगुली यांनी स्पर्धेचा नेमका कार्यक्रम जाहीर केला नव्हता. आयसीसीने १७ ऑक्टोबर ते १४ नोव्हेंबर हा स्पर्धेचा कालावधी जाहीर केला. एरवी दोन वर्षांनी ट्वेन्टी-२० स्पर्धा व्हायची, परंतु ही स्पर्धा पाच वर्षांच्या अंतराने होत आहे. यावेळी आठ संघांची पात्रता स्पर्धा होईल.

आर्थिक वर्ष २०१३ – १४ साठी आणि त्यापुढील वर्षांसाठी लाभांशावर दावा न केलेल्या व परिणामत: योग्य ती कॉर्पोरेट कारवाई करण्यासाठी ज्यांचे भाग आयईपीएफमध्ये हस्तांतरित होण्यास पात्र झाले आहेत अशा संबंधित भागधारकांना व्यक्तीगत सूचना पाठविण्यात येत आहे. कंपनीने ज्या भागधारकांचे भाग आयईपीएफकडे स्थानांतरित करण्यात यावयाचे आहेत अशा भागधारकांचा तपशील जसे प्रथम धारक व संयुक्त धारक, काही असल्यास त्याचे नाव, त्यांच्या भागांची संख्या यासमवेत तपशील आपली वेबसाईट www.cipla.com वर Investor Information Section अंतर्गत अपलोड केलेला आहे. कंपनीच्या वेबसाईटवरून वरील माहिती प्राप्त करण्यासाठी भागधारकांनी योग्य ते मुलभूत वर्षे नमूद करावे व टेक्स्ट बॉक्समध्ये त्यांचा डीपी आयडी क्लायंट आयडी / फोलिओ क्रमांक नमूद करावा.

कंपनीला संबंधित भागधारकांकडून दि. ३ ऑक्टोबर २०२१ पर्यंत कोणताही पत्रव्यवहार प्राप्त न झाल्यास नियमांच्या आवश्यकतांच्या अनुषंगाने कंपनी आयईपीएफ| कडे सदर समभागांचे स्थानांतरण करील. त्यामुळे भागाधारकांनी कृपया दावारहित लाभांश रकमेचा दावा करण्यासाठी दि. ३ ऑक्टोबर २०२१ रोजी वा तत्पुर्वीपर्यंत सदर पत्रव्यवहारात नमूद केल्यानुसार आवश्यक दस्तावेज सादर करावेत. कृपया नोंद घ्यावी की, सदर नियमांतर्गत आयईपीएफकडे स्थानांतरित दावारहित लाभांश व भागांसंदर्भात कंपनी विरोधात कोणताही दावा करता येणार नाही.

भागधारकांनी नोंद घ्यावी की, दोन्ही दावारहित लाभांश व आयईपीएफकडे स्थानांतरित अनुषंगिक भाग अशा भागावरील प्राप्त सर्व लाभ, काही असल्यास त्यांसमवेत यांचा नियमांतर्गत विहित प्रक्रियेचे पालन करून आयईपीएफकडे पुन्हा दावा करता येऊ शकेल.

माध्यमातून पाठविण्यात आला आहे आणि तो वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभेच्या सूचनेचा एक भाग आहे. .
कंपनीच्या सभासदांना आवाहन करण्यात येते की त्यांनी खालीलप्रमाणे नमूद केलेल्या मुद्द्यांची नोंद घ्यावी.

वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभेची सूचना निर्गमित करण्याची प्रक्रिया पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर एखादी व्यक्ती कंपनीची सभासद झालेली असेल आणि कट ऑफ तारीख म्हणजेच बधवार. दिनांक २१ जलै २०२१. रोजी त्या व्यक्तीकडे कंपनीचे समभाग प्रत्यक्ष स्वरूपात उपलब्ध असतील तर अशी व्यक्ती evoting@nsdl.co.in या पत्त्यावर संपर्क साधन लॉग डन आयडी आणि पासवार्ड पाम करू शकते. जर कंपनीचा सभासद दूरस्थ ई-मतदानासाठी यापूर्वीच एनएसडीएल यांच्याकडे नोंदणीकृत .
असेल तर तो/ती व्यक्ती त्याचा/तिचा सध्याचा युजर आयडी आणि पासवर्ड वापरून मतदान करू शकते. www.evoting@nsdl.com या संकेतस्थळावर उपलब्ध असलेल्या "फिजिकल यूजर रिसेट पासवर्ड" किंवा "फॉरगॉट युजर डिटेल्स/ पासवर्ड" या पर्यायाचा अवलंब करून किंवा टोल फ्री क्रमांक १८०० १०२० ९९० आणि १८०० २२४४ ३० या क्रमांकावर संपर्क साधून आपला पासवर्ड रिसेट करता येईल.

असे व्यतिगत सभासद ज्यांच्याकडे कंपनीचे समभाग डिमॅट स्वरूपात उपलब्ध आहेत असे सभासद वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभेच्या सूचनेत नमूद केलेल्या "ऍक्सेस टू एनएसडीएल ई-वोटिंग सिस्टीम" या पर्यायातील सूचनांचा अवलंब करू शकतील

वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभेच्या दरम्यान मतदानाची सुविधा उपलब्ध करून देण्यात येणार आहे आणि असे सभासद जे वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभेला व्ही सी/ओएव्हीएम यांच्या माध्यमातून उपस्थित असतील आणि ज्यांनी दरस्थ ई-मतदान प्रक्रियेचा अवलंब करून मतदानाचा हक्क बजावलेल नाही असे सभासद वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभेदरम्यान ई-मतदान प्रक्रियेचा अवलंब करून मतदानाचा हक्क बजावू शकतील

ज्या सभासदांनी वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभेपूर्वी दूरस्थ ई-मतदान प्रक्रियेचा अवलंब करून मतदानाचा हक्क बजावलेलाआहे. असे सभासद वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभेला उपस्थित राह शकतात: मात्र त्यांना पुन्हा मतदानाचा हक्क बजावता येणार नाही. एखाद्या सदस्याने दूरस्थ ई-मतदान प्रक्रियेचा अवलंब करून एखाद्या विषयावर एकदा मतदान केले की त्याला त्यात वारंवार बदल करता येणार नाही. अशा व्यक्ती ज्यांची नावे डिपॉझिटरीज म्हणजेच, एनएसडीएल आणि सीडीएसएल यांनी तया केलेल्या सभासद नोंद पुस्तिकेत लाभार्थी मालकांच्या यादीत कट ऑफ तारीख म्हणजेच बुधवार, दिनांक २१ जुलै २०२१ रोजी नोंदणीकृत आहेत अशा व्यक्ती दूरस्थ ई-मतदान तसेच वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभेदरम्यान इ मतदान सुविधेचा लाभ घेण्यास पात्र असतील.
