1. Consider and approve the Audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended 31[st] March, 2020.

2. Obtain an enabling approval from the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company regarding the proposal of raising of funds through issue of securities whether denominated in Indian Rupee and/or foreign currency(ies) either by way of a public issue or by way of a private placement (including through a qualified institutions placement) in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law. The proposal is in line with the Company's previous years' practice of obtaining an enabling approval from the shareholders.

Further kindly also note that in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from 1[st] April, 2020 to 17[th] May, 2020 (both days inclusive).
