Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and further to our intimation dated 3[rd] November, 2025, we hereby notify that the Company has completed acquisition of 100% stake in Inzpera Healthsciences Limited (“Inzpera”) on 4[th] December, 2025.

Accordingly, Inzpera has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
