Sub: Appointment of Mr. Ashish Adukia as Global Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel

Further to our intimation dated 10th May 2022, regarding appointment of interim Chief Financial Officer, we hereby notify that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held today i.e. August 16, 2022, has approved the appointment of Mr. Ashish Adukia as the Global Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. This appointment will relieve Mr. Dinesh Jain from the additional responsibility of interim Chief Financial Officer. w.e.f. 16th August 2022. Mr. Dinesh Jain will continue as Senior Vice-President & Head-Corporate Finance. The Board places on record its appreciation towards his valuable contribution for the period as the interim Chief Financial Officer.

Requisite details under the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFO/ CMD/ 4/ 2015 dated 9th September, 2015 of Mr. Ashish Adukia are given in Annexure A to this letter.
