Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), we hereby notify that on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13[th] May, 2025 has inter-alia:

1. Approved the appointment of M/s Joshi Apte & Associates, Cost Accountants (Firm Registration no. 000240) as the Cost Auditor of the Company for FY 2025-26. Requisite details as per SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11[th] November, 2024 (‘SEBI Master Circular’) are enclosed in Annexure A.

2. Recommended the appointment of M/s BNP & Associates, Firm of Company Secretaries in Practice (firm Registration No. P2014MH037400) as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the term of five (5) years, i.e. from 1[st] April, 2025 to 31[st] March, 2030.

The resolution relating to the appointment of M/s BNP & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company will be proposed to the Shareholders of the Company for their approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company to be held in FY 2025-26.

Requisite details as per SEBI Master Circular are enclosed in Annexure B.

1. Recommended the appointment of M/s B S R & Co. LLP (firm registration no. 101248W/W-1 00022) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the first term of five (5) consecutive years with effect from conclusion of 90[th] AGM to be held in FY 2026-27 to 95[th] AGM to be held in FY

M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants, (Firm Registration No. 001076N/ N500013), the current Statutory Auditors, will complete their second term of 5 consecutive years at the conclusion of 90[th] AGM.

The resolution relating to the appointment of M/s. B S R & Co. LLP as the Statutory Auditor of the Company will be proposed to the Shareholders of the Company for their approval at the 90[th] AGM of the Company to be held in FY 2026-27.

Requisite details as per SEBI Master Circular are enclosed in Annexure C.
