On 19 June 2024, the General Meeting of Shareholders authorised the Management Board of the Company to acquire treasury shares.

In accordance with the General Meeting's authorisation Cinkarna Celje, d.d. adopted a share buy-back programme and a share buy-back programme schedule.

Hereby Cinkarna Celje, d.d. publishes an informative translation of adopted share buy-back programme and share buy-back programme schedule.

Translations are of an informative nature, also all dates and milestones are taken into account in accordance with the publication of the original documents in the Slovenian language that were already published and are also available on companies website.

This notice will also be published on the Company's website (www.cinkarna.si), namely for a period of at least 5 years.
