Received counter proposal

In the period after the expiry of the 7-day deadline after the announcement of the general meeting, which will take place on 19 June 2024, the company on 13 June 2024, received by e-mail a resolution counterproposal from the shareholder SDH, d.d., Mala ulica 5, 1000 Ljubljana, against the resolution proposals no. 7.2 and 7.3 of the agenda. The resolution counterproposal does not meet the conditions for mandatory publication according to paragraph 1 of Article 300 of the Companies Act (ZGD-1).

In order to ensure transparency and to keep shareholders informed, the company is publishing the received counter proposal, which is attached to this announcement.

The company will also publish the counter proposal on the company's website www.cinkarna.si, where it will be available for at least 5 years after publication, and on the website of AJPES.
