Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Cinkarna Celje, d.d., Kidričeva 26, Celje, hereby informs that Aleš Skok, President of the Management Board of Cinkarna Celje, d.d., bought on 13 June 2024, 500 shares of the company with the ticker CICG, at a price of 21.70 EUR per share with a total value of 10,850.00 EUR.

The CICG shares were purchased on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. After the said transactions Aleš Skok holds 2.400 shares with the CICG ticker symbol.
