Additional Listing

Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a block listing totalling 250,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.  The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.  Shares from this application will be allocated as follows:

Cineworld Group 2007 Sharesave Scheme: 50,000 shares

Cineworld Group 2007 Performance Share Plan: 175,000 shares

Cineworld Group Company Share Option Plan: 25,000 shares

It is expected that admission will commence on 18 November 2015.
