Cineworld Group plc (the "Company")

Additional Listing

Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a block listing totalling 360,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.  The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.  Shares from this application will be allocated as follows:

100,000 shares to the Cineworld Group 2007 Sharesave Scheme; and

260,000 shares to the Cineworld Group 2007 Performance Share Plan.

It is expected that admission will commence on 7 April 2015.
