Cineworld Group plc (the "Company")

Additional Listing

Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a block listing totalling 500,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.  The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.  Shares from this application will be allocated as follows:

30,000 shares to the Cineworld Group 2007 Sharesave Scheme;

70,000 shares to the Cineworld Group plc Company Share Option Plan; and

400,000 shares to the Cineworld Group 2007 Performance Share Plan.

It is expected that admission will commence on 10th November 2014.
