Notification of transactions of connected persons of directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4R, the Company announces that yesterday it was notified (in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R) by Moshe Greidinger (the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company) and Israel Greidinger (the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of the Company) that their connected person, Global City Holdings N.V. ("GCH"), acquired 65,601,236 ordinary shares of one pence each in the capital of the Company.  The acquisition took place on 28 February 2014 in connection with the combination of the Company with the cinema business of Cinema City International N.V. (now GCH).
