Further to its full year results statement today, Cineworld Group Plc confirms that the Directors are recommending to shareholders for approval a final dividend in respect of the period ended 26 December 2013 of 6.4p per share.  Subject to shareholder approval, the final dividend will be paid on 3 July 2014 to shareholders on the register at 6 June 2014.
