Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Persons Closely Associated with them

The Company announces that it has received notification that on 13 October 2016 Moshe Greidinger transferred his entire interest in Global City Holdings B.V. ("GCH") to a trust for the benefit of his children.

The number of ordinary shares held in the Company by GCH is unaffected by this transfer and remains at 76,626,344.

The Company was notified of this transfer on 14 October 2016.
