Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

The Company announces that it has received notification that on 6 September 2015 Israel Greidinger transferred his entire interest in Global City Holdings N.V. ("GCH") to a trust for the benefit of his children. 

The number of shares held in the Company by GCH is unaffected by this transfer and remains at 76,626,344.

The Company was notified of this transfer on 7 September 2015.
