Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility, or Connected Persons

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4R, Cineworld Group Plc announces that it has received notification that, on 18 August 2015, the discretionary Trust of which Anthony Bloom, Chairman of the Company, is one of the potential beneficiaries, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of one pence each in the capital of the Company at £5.91 per share. 

Following the purchase, the Trust now holds a total of 2,208,006 ordinary shares in the Company.

The Company was notified, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, on 18 August 2015.
